Rastorgouev Eugene A. (1920 , Nizhny Novgorod region ) .

Honored Artist of Russia . 1935-1940, . studied at the Gorky Art School . Then at the Moscow State Institute. VI Surikov. His works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery , Russian Museum, in many museum collections .
