From what I have advised :
1. Work lover ;
2 . Europe ;
3 . Price: $ 10 - portrait, $ 20 - frame .

From what I saw under the signature - "76" , probably in 1976 .

Are there any more ideas on what may or forums in Europe is possible to ask ?
