Vitaliy Fedorovich Movchan was born June 26, 1947 at p. Dimitrovka in Chernihiv . In 1976 he graduated from the Kiev Art Institute and since 1982 . is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Working in the field of painting and graphics. Took part in the republican union and international exhibitions and auctions in Norway, Finland and Canada.
