Born in 1920 in the village of St. Nicholas Churchyard Nizhny Novgorod region. In 1940 graduated from the Gorky Art School , teacher AV Samsonov . Member of the Second World War , was awarded orders and medals. 1946 -52 years. studied at Moscow govt . artist. Institute. VI Surikov, Faculty of Painting ( Workshop SV Gerasimov ) . Member of the USSR from 1953 in 1960 - work as an illustrator in the magazine "Youth". In 1965 he started a book designer . Executed more than 100 books. For design of the book S. Rosliakova "One of Us" awarded VSHV . Member of Moscow, regional , international exhibitions .
