Honored Artist of the Uzbek SSR. He graduated from the Republican Art School in Tashkent (1948).
Boris Brynskikh favorite motifs - the old town of Tashkent, its streets, surrounding gardens and mosques. Special attention is paid painter of daily life east of the city and right eye for its unique features . Characteristic features of Central Asia - mud-brick houses , Duvalov , majestic plane trees , silver poplar verdant depicted by the artist - paintings give national identity . His works are seen as bright and vivid scenes of life of the people.
A large collection of paintings in the Museum of Arts of Uzbekistan ( Tashkent), in the collection of the National Bank of Uzbekistan ( Tashkent) The artist's deservedly entered the golden fund of modern painting of Uzbekistan .
