He was born on 02/16/1937 in Tashkent , the son of a goldsmith. From 1953 to 1958 . Republican Art College he studied at . P.P.Benkova . Teachers: Lunev Alexander, Malik Nabiyev Nabievich . From 1959 to 1965 . studied at TTHI them . Alexander Ostrovsky . Teachers : Said Manon Abdusamatovich , Akhmedov Rahim Akhmedovich , Krivonos Alexander Artemovich .

Great influence in shaping him as an artist had a painting by Giotto , Botticelli , Leonardo da Vinci , Raphael, Titian, Rembrandt, Van Gogh , Cezanne , Matisse, Gauguin. He devoted a lot of time studying art in miniature including Behzad , Mir Sayyid Ali Mahmoud Mazahiba .

Very important in the creative life was meeting and working with Akhmarov Chingiz Gabdurahmanovichem .

From 1965 to 1983 . taught in the Department of drawing, painting and sculpture, architectural faculty of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute.

From 1990 to the present day running of the National Center of children's art .

In 1974, the All-Union Exhibition in Moscow, his painting "The Silence " received critical acclaim and recognition of the audience . Since then Ziyaev VT is a regular participant in national and international exhibitions . His work is in the Uzbek State Museum of Art, as well as in private collections in Norway, Germany , the U.S., Israel and Turkey.
