Externally, it seems like Rockwell Kent.
Who drew this, I do not know.

Good on the whole landscape . The author, of course (if you do not find suddenly signature under the frame ) is difficult to determine .

Also difficult , I think , to understand that this is - West ( depicted Alps ? ) Or one of our (including ex . Sots.lager ) ? If out of our (USSR - FIR ), it resembles , perhaps, Emile Ryabicheva , but it is only " version - thinking ")))

Maybe Petrov-Kamchatsky?
