Smolny announced a competition for the design of the seven stations, which should be a continuation of the two existing subway lines , according to Kommersant .

At Neva- Vasileostrovski line ( "green" line) will have to appear four stations . This " Novokrestovskaya -2" ( next after the " Maritime " , will be located near the new stadium ) , "Street Savushkina " ( at the intersection of Yachting and Savushkina ), " Yacht " ( expected to be built at the intersection of streets and Yachting Bogatyrsky Avenue ) and " Zoo " (next to the zoo planned to Yuntolovo ) .

Three stations will be built in the " right bank " of the line ( the "orange" branch ) after the " Theater ": near the oblique line of Vasilevsky Island will come to the surface station "Grand Avenue -1" at the intersection of Skipper and a cash flow of the street will station "Skipper" and the station " Marine Facade" built next to the port of the same name .

The stations will be built in accordance with the strategy of the St. Petersburg metro until 2025, however, when it is their plan to open , is still unknown .
