Skuin Helena Petrovna (1908-1986)
She was born April 2, 1908 in Ekaterinodar .
She studied at the Kuban Art Teachers College ( 1926-1929 ) .
She taught drawing at school Krasnodar.
In 1931 he came to Leningrad .
She studied at the Institute for Advanced Training of Art ( 1931-34 ) by Dmitry Mitrokhin and Rudolf Franz .
She graduated from the Institute named after Ilya Repin ( 1934-39 ) at the studio of Alexander Osmerkin , S.Abugova and studied at Pavlovsk .
Member of the Union of Artists since 1939.
She worked at the Institute named after Ilya Repin assistant professor Rudolf Franz ( 1940-41 ) .
She taught at the Art School at the Academy of Fine Arts ( 1945-51 ) and then at the School name Mukhina .
Since 1939, member of city , national and international exhibitions of Soviet art in France , Turkey and other countries.
In 1989-1992 work Skuin were successfully presented at exhibitions and auctions of Russian art L 'Ecole de Leningrad in France (the auction house Drouot , Paris).
In 1997, work Skuin took part in the exhibition "In memory of the teacher " of St. Petersburg artists - students of Alexander Osmerkin in St. Petersburg.
