Sudeikin, Sergey (1882-1946), Russian artist, representative of symbolism, one of the foremost masters of the terms "Blue Rose".

In 1920 he left for Paris, from 1922 he lived in New York. Collaborated in Dzh.Balanchinym, VF Nijinsky, Mikhail Fokine, worked for Hollywood (1934-1935), Covent Garden (1939-1940). In the work Sudeikina embodied a synthesis of theatrical attitude "World of Art" and the mystical symbolism of the "Blue Rose". Aestheticism modern in his paintings connects with irony and elements of primitivism.
