Information about the artist:
 Jakusheva Alexandra (1900-1986).
In 1920-24 she studied at the Workers' Arts at VHUTEMAS
in 1925-1930 - at the painting department at the Art Workshops R.R.Falka, A.D.Drevina, K.N.Istomina and SV Gerasimov.
In 1928-30 - Member of the Association of Youth "Association of Artists of the Revolution" (Moscow).
In 1930 during a creative assignment in Azerbaijan worked with newspapers "Socialist bay" and "Baku Worker".
She has taught painting and drawing at the Workers' Arts and Architecture (1930-32).
Member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee "VSEKOKHUDOZHNIK" (from 1932).
Participation in exhibitions, since 1928. The first exhibition OMAHRR (Moscow, 1928)
