Nikolai Borisov - artist, sculptor and medalist, participant of international exhibitions and symposia. Born in Samara in 1949. He graduated from the Penza Art College, Leningrad Higher School of Industrial Art Mukhina. He worked as a painter and restorer in the Penza Art Gallery, a specialist in the development of arts and crafts from metal sculptor. Since 1983 - Member of the Union of Artists. Now - the senior lecturer at the Institute of Design of the Volga State Engineering and Pedagogical University.
Nikolai Borisov - it relieves the metro station "Proletarian", monument and bust (Sports Palace) Nizhny Novgorod hockey player Viktor Konovalenko.
Medals by Nikolai Borisov, are in the collections of the State Hermitage (medal, "Peter Paul Rubens"), the State Museum-Estate "Ostafyevo" (medals "Pushkin", "Pushkin. Boldin"), the State Literary-Memorial and Natural Museum of Pushkin "Boldin" (Medal "Pushkin.
