Victor P. Badakva was born in 1918 in Nikolayev ( Tsaritsynskaya reg. ) .
He studied at the Saratov Art School from 1937 to 1942 .
Lived and worked in Saratov in 1936
He began exhibiting in 1946
From 1948 he taught at the Saratov Art School.
Died in 1970
V.P.Badakvy name is mentioned in a number of local directories , as well as in the directory Russian and Soviet paintings 1900-1980 's, published in London in 1998, 22 pp.
