Lizak Israel L. was born May 1, 1905. He studied at the Realschule in Slavuta (1911-14). In 1915 the family moved to Petrograd. LVHTI finished in 1925.

In the years 1925-32. was a member of the "Community of Artists", then society "Department of artists." The artist is close graphical language with its bright expressive means. In the 1930-35gg. Change works for the newspaper. Tsp. LOSSH since 1932. Participates in the exhibition Artists of the RSFSR XV years. In 1934, during the industrialization of the Leningrad City Council, he received an order for an industrial theme. The author works in the premises of the Baltic Factory and Red Vyborzhets, paints portraits drummers work.
