Please help to identify the author of the picture.
Presumably the picture of Sweden.

It looks like the copy number of a thing before the last name is "cop."

It's a pity of course if it is a copy.
Maybe someone will decide that name.

Meant here, but in Sweden their favorite "local" artists and for someone to maybe be of interest.

The picture may be Swedish, and Danish, and Dutch, and any other.
Nothing in it can be seen specifically Swedish, except the last three letters of the surname ...

Whose Had it not been , picture, Swedish or Danish , this is not a masterpiece. If you look into the details of it all becomes clear and understandable - utter nonsense.
