Suggest that early stuff Arapova A. (Alex Paul) - 1905-1948gg.
He studied in the 20s in Saratov in Yustitsky and Van Bergler (later professor of the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts).
In 1922, he moved to Moscow, where he worked as an artist in the theater "distorting mirror" which in 1923 went on tour to Poland - where it remained.
In 1930 he moved to Paris - exhibiting with Larionov, Goncharova, Zdaneviches, Puni, and later Picasso, Bonnard, Modigliani.
In 1935, with his family, moved to the United States in the Boston area where he is engaged in teaching, and iconography. In 1948, killed in a car crash.
The artist's works until recently sold by Sotheby's and Christie's in Europe and the United States, but to date are extremely rare in Russia works very little.
Interesting as a Russian artist abroad.
My early stuff, including 3 self-portrait - the author at a young age of 15-16, landscapes and still lifes.
Things size 50-70cm, 30-40cm., Oil on canvas, oil on board.
