Iya A. Kirillov (b. 1928) - one of the most significant artists of his generation Petersburg, a member of the legendary informal exhibitions 70s and 80s, as well as participated in all exhibitions of the "Mitka" from 1984 to 2005. In 2001, Yee was Cyril's major solo exhibition at the State Russian Museum, organized by the Department of Contemporary Art.
Although primarily a painter Kirillov, already in some canvases of the 1980s much attraction to the collage artist, included in the surface of the oil painting of colored pieces of paper or pieces of foil. In recent years, this trend has led to the creation of a large independent series of collages of colored paper, most of which was shown at the Yee Alekseevny anniversary exhibition at the Museum "Tsarskoye Selo Collection" in 2008.
Refined and somewhat ironic series of paper collages "Defile" was inspired by impressions from television shows high fashion. This series of 10 sheets was established in 2010 by an exclusive optional studio "B & F".
