People's Artist of the Russian Federation.

First of six dioramas of the Museum of the Great Patriotic War on Poklonnaya Hill , covering the most important events of the war , became in 1995 the diorama E.I.Danilevskogo " Counter-offensive at Moscow in December 1941 ."
In the 1990s the artist worked on the series of genre paintings devoted to the old Moscow - "Moscow trolley ", " Good area ", " Birdman ", " Petrovsky Palace in HU111 century ", etc.
A master of historical and battle painting, E.I.Danilevsky was also a great portrait painter and author of many , made with soulful warmth landscapes of central Russia : a series of " Polenovskie place " reveals the artist as a subtle lyrical master who worked in the best traditions of the Russian school of painting .
