Creative biography :

Sergei Astashev . A painter , graphic artist, working with metal . Born in 1952 in Carpet Vladimir region. He graduated from the Ivanovo Art College (1972), arrived in Syktyvkar . Start of exhibition activity - 1977 ( club Syktyvkar State University ) . Creative business - travel : 1979 in Hatanga ( Arctic ), 1984 - Usinsk at Pai -Khoi , the Polar Urals, in the Arctic, on the Ugra ball on the Yamal and the island Vaygach . From 1992 to 1995, Sergei Astashev was chairman of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Komi.
