He was born on November 23, 1904 in Warsaw. In 1914, the artist's family moved to Moscow. In the 1914-1917 years. studies at the 13th Moscow High School. With 10 years of studying the figure of the artist AE Miganadzhiana Since 1921 1927gg. studies in VHUTEMAS-VHUTEIN at Osmerkin, Shemyakin, Popova, Mashkov. In 1926, the Company enters into "Genesis".
