Honored Artist of Russia ( since 1976) , People's Artist of Russia (since 2003). In 1955 he graduated from the Kharkov Art Institute . He was elected deputy chairman of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Union of Artists of the RSFSR. For 20 years ( from 1960 to 1980 . ), Worked in the Far North .
