Yesterday, an exhibition of Russian avant-garde collection of Samara Regional Art Museum, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.

Rozanov work in the museum's collection consistently reflect the evolution of her creative vision - ranging from Battle of Kosovo, expressionist "Boulevard" (1911-12) to the Suprematist "Flying an airplane" in 1916. The last of them, can be attributed to the number of the few in the practice of Russian avant-garde purely futuristic works. The undisputed masterpiece of all Rozanov's works is a picture of "Fire in the City" in 1913, written on a sheet of tin. Sketch it is stored in the Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum.
A very special place in the collection of avant-garde occupy sent to Samara in 1921-1922 canvases of artists that are relevant to the State Free Art and the Higher Technical-start 1919-1920-ies.
