Help with picture
 

Hello. There is a picture (which is left from my grandmother), 80x112, oil on maslo.V time (20let ago) it showed the restorer of the Russian Museum (he was not restored), he said that he supposedly wrote it was a Dutch painter in the 19 th century, possibly a reproduction . Byline, no or do not see it, the picture is very dark. I would at least know something about this picture. I would be grateful for any information.
