Honored Artist of Russia
Painted in the magazines " Crocodile", "health ", " Fun " and others. Illustrated books of the leading writers of the comedians and satirists of his time. He has designed several productions in Moscow theaters , worked for the circus clown making out rooms. From 1949 to 1991 , he participated in over one hundred exhibitions. Eugene works Shcheglova are in many museums around the country , published in his albums of genre pictures, in the collections of drawings masters cartoons published in Moscow and abroad , as well as domestic and foreign periodicals.
