Volkov Joseph P. ,1850-after 1897gg, studied in a MUZHVZ V.Perova.Odna of his work is in the State Tretyakov Gallery, Portrait A.K.Savrasova, with whom the artist was probably znakom.Ya met several genre of the artist with the conclusion of timing.
