Viktor Semyonov was born in 1933 in Leningrad.
He studied at LIZhSa with 1956-1962 year. AA Workshop Mylnikov. Diploma work - painting the lobby houses architects Zelenogorsk . Qualified as an artist - a painter.
Member of the Union of Artists since 1962.
Member of numerous union and international exhibitions in France, Germany, England and Japan.
His works are in the timing , as well as in many private collections in Russia and abroad.
