Zaretsky Viktor Ivanovich (1925 - 1990)
Ukrainian painter, worked in the field of easel and monumental painting. Born in Belopole, Sumy region. In 1947-1953 he studied at the HIC (in S. Grigoriev). In 1953 - 1957 he taught painting at the HIC. Member of the CCS since 1956. Awarded the 1964 State Prize of Ukraine. Shevchenko (1964).
