Scenes from the Life of Mazepa (rare French lithograph of the first half of the 19th century)
 

Two pairs of light ( painted by hand ) French lithograph 1820 1830 , depicting scenes from the life of Mazeppa : 1) Mazeppa declares his love to his wife of the Polish governor (pictured ), 2) Voivod grasps Mazepa. The image size is 20 x 27. Under each image - a lengthy text in French , explaining the content of the scene. Height with the text - 24. Rarity. Works are in Kiev. Sold in new frames, under glass and mat. Waiting for suggestions.

And I also have a couple of Mazeppa, "Mazeppa tied to a wild horse," and "at the bedside of a dying Mazeppa."
The auction price was about five years ago for $ 500 apiece.
