Tengiz Harbediya born in Sukhumi (Abkhazia) in 1958.
He graduated from the Tbilisi School of Arts , specialty designer . Worked in theaters in Tbilisi and Sukhumi, the film studio "Georgia- Film", then continued his studies at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts.
Since 1982 he is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 1990 , he has lived and worked in St. Petersburg, a painter and graphic.
Participated in over 200 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Master the art of this very bright, and it has a unique southern flavor , and romantic allegory.

His works are in collections:
Tbilisi Museum of Modern Art
Sukhumi Museum of Fine Arts
Collection "Manege"
Private collections in Russia and abroad
