Exhibition "Code Share" Vilnius

"Code Share (born« code share ») indicates the exchange of data and services rendered in the sphere of tourism services between flight companies, which are divided into an internal agreement among themselves and passenger lists, where it is justified in financial terms, united flight routes ( if the performance of flights on the same route half-empty planes is advantageous to both companies, one company reserves seats for passengers on the flights of another company).
Exhibition "Code Share" reflects these tourist business strategy and together with the Biennial of Contemporary Art of Africa, America, Asia, Australia and Europe drew to Lithuania the best works of art. Center for Contemporary Art was initiated cooperation with dozens of international biennials. Among the members of each biennial were selected by two artists, who arrived in Vilnius, to replace the great works of art for the exhibition "Code Share".
