Painting of the 19th century, supposedly written by the Caspian Sea to know (?) Western artist during summer vacation

Dear art lovers, maybe someone recognizes poorly legible signature of the author or origin will assume a painting?

By the above, Mr Art-ort I can add that it is a copy of the work by Aivazovsky , made by Gregory Kapustin. The current whereabouts of the original is unknown to me , but in my catalog , this work is on the pre-revolutionary literature, and the original name of the paintings by Aivazovsky " in the North Sea ."
