Vladimir Orlovsky Donatovich in Kiev "Epoch"
 

Yesterday, 1 December in Kiev the antique auction company " Epoch",
 where the top lot participated museum quality work of Vladimir Donatovich Orel -
 " The view from the king's garden, the Dnieper ", canvas /oil, 88h141 see, 1887. :)>

In 1887 V.Orlovsky finally moved from St. Petersburg to Kiev , where Gogol Street built a large house with a studio ,
 surrounded by a garden , a park, in which the artist loved to work and play.

It was during this period was written this a great job ,
 which yesterday quietly and peacefully was sold to a new owner ... :)>

Work - absolutely killer! Not only " unknown audience" , but even I think it's mentioned in the album Bulgakov ( "Album of Russian painting. Paintings V.D.Orlovskogo . The 25th anniversary of artistic activity "). It is well known that many master paintings went to the customer directly from the studio of Vladimir Donatovich bypassing the exhibition. Bulgakov wrote , in particular, the difficulties he encountered , gathering graphic material for the album. The whereabouts of a large number of paintings could not tell even the author ...
