General picture is very, very high quality and would probably make quite a large master (for the era of noodle - 1920-1930).
Only the signature is something you can not quite read.
Do you like to read?

Are insufficient, all the boxes.
It is necessary to photograph fragments of "macro."

I can not yet read anything other than "Romeo"
Ballet Romeo appeared in the USSR in the 40th, when Prokofiev Lavrovsky staged at the Kirov, and then in the 46th - the Bolshoi.
Painter of the ballet was Peter Williams.
But I do not think that all this Romeo Costume for the ballet.

bykinist, try to read the artist's name at the top right (under the "Romeo"). And what about good shooting Igor Guryev, of course. Once there is reason to think that this is not ballet, but ballet Encyclopedia omniscience, frankly, does not shine. Opera is also unlikely. She's in the Soviet Union in its entirety was not put. Ie or dramatic play, or ... Photos needed - then think :)>
Hook in the bottom left corner, almost certain signature. In the right corner - the second word - "smooth", probably it was a cloth for a suit. These notes on the sketches - a common occurrence.

I do not think that all this Romeo Costume for a ballet performance.
Eskiz costume looks more like a costume for the opera or a play.
By Romeo, I see the message "Fuxin (?)" But unfortunately the photo quality is poor.
