Are anything about the fund and these collectors ?

Fund announced on evaluation ( and buying ) works sovriska (not earlier than in 2012 , living artists ).
Can represent up to 10 (new) jobs. Asked 75 Euro .

I wonder if anyone knows about it or fund?
I have no practice, no information is available.
What are thoughts?
(everything was fine, until he came to 75 Euro .. and then crept in doubt ...)

just do not understand , is that 557 artists involved? (by estimation, may be mistaken )
(and this is more than 40 000) ..
