Povzner Lev (b. 1939).

Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1982 ). He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1962-1967 gg.) . Since 1976 - a member of the Moscow Joint Committee of Graphic Artists. Works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow Museum of Modern Art (Moscow) , a collection of Eugene Nutovich (Moscow), the Museum of Duke University of North Carolina ( Durham, USA), Kolodzei Art Foundation ( Highland Park, New Jersey , USA).
