Restore ceramic vase Help

Broken vase (ceramic clay that is ) at the base (photo attached), glued everything I could , but the rest were broken very small - not glued already. Help the council better to restore the edge of the vase. Shaped like a pot ( cone type ). Like the better to recreate the edge , will hold gypsum or plaster ? Do I need to make a frame made of wire , to somehow fix.
In the case of a beginner. Grateful to all responded.

Well, some kind of cone-shaped vase, so what?

Buy a new one would be cheaper.
