    Besperstov Tarasovich Jacob (1929 - 1998) - Russian Soviet painter, muralist, a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.
    Besperstov YA.T. born November 5, 1929 in the village of Bogdanovka Utevsky district of Samara region. After the war, he graduated from art school, then three courses of Art College in Dushanbe. In 1950 he entered the Department of Monumental Painting of the Leningrad Higher School of Industrial Art.
    Studied with G. Savinov, J. Stepashkina, K. Johansen, A. Sokolov. In 1957 he graduated LVHPU, presenting a thesis - a sketch painting "Youth Festival" for the concert hall of the House of Culture of the food industry in Leningrad. After graduation he worked in the field of monumental and decorative painting, and participated in the implementation of the Palace of Culture mural Tom-Usinsk Palace of Metallurgists in Cherepovets, the House of Culture in Petropavlovsk North Kazakhstan.
Worked at the easel painting, which in the future of their choosing. He painted portraits, landscapes, mostly urban, genre paintings.
    He participated in exhibitions since the late 1950s, exhibiting his work along with the works of the leading visual artists of Leningrad. Besperstov traveled around the country, having been in Khakassia, Eastern Siberia, Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Crimea, visited Spain, Algeria, Italy. In the 1990s, a long time he lived and worked in France.
    Besperstov Tarasovich Jacob died on 24 December 1998 in St. Petersburg at the seventieth year of life. His works are in museums and private collections in Russia, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy and other countries.
