Contributed to the creation of this topic in the discussion "How to unleash the artist", one of the sub-themes (for a discussion of Irish auction "Gormley") transformed into a branch that deserves a separate topic.
Discussion inspired me to look similar.

In Drouot (so often referred to Paul) I counted 77 (auction houses):

(From 10 euros to hundreds of thousands of euros)

Many auction houses no sites
Many sites do not have the English version of
And also there is no information about their history (how long the market)
No clear regulatory commission. (It is believed that they are different, the more popular artists, the lower the fee)


While reviews are disappointing: "They are all assholes. Job requires."

But something did not want to believe that "all".
Unlike larger auctions, working with all (including directly with the artists, "he main-cut the dough" (Review)
