Perhaps the good people on the forum will help to identify the person shown in the picture and, certainly, a respected man?
any ideas for a low bow.

The similarity is no doubt and the Order of St. George of the 4th century.
(01/01/1795) and
 
Order of St. Vladimir of the 4th century.
with bow (1796) present
 
and foreign Prussian Order Pour le Mérite (03.1807) and
 
Prussian Order of the Red Eagle of the 1st century.
(1813), but his biography is not rewarding the Swedish Order of the Sword, and the picture it on his uniform.
