Bought it neskoleo years ago. A guy was selling - the "old junk " as he put it - the rest after his father , a high ranking official.
I bought this painting here . Frankly , not because of artistic qualities, of which I understand is weak, but because of the magnificent, massive frame .
He even told me the name of the artist, allegedly a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, I - recorded and lost record.
Help restore. Rate the quality of execution. The chances of a possible sale , etc.
