The blame ?
There's a signature B. Klodt - who is this?
Perhaps this is some kind of Claude, but not a member of the famous Russian baron Klodt von Yurgensburg kind , which produced several well-known painters and sculptors , there nemtskoe writing Clodt von Jürgensburg, a "c" , and not through "k".

In numbers, I'm afraid to call something specific, because this thing at all, in my opinion, it would be difficult to sell at least for some money.
