1945 - 1990 - works in the magazine "Spark", the organ of the CPSU Central Committee - the main color illustrated magazine of the Soviet era, which came out in the millions. Political and economic history of the country from Stalin to Yeltsin presented in the magazine in photos Baltermantsa whose name is known in virtually every Soviet family.
1960 - 1990 - numerous solo exhibitions in the USSR and other countries around the world: France, Italy, Great Britain, Hungary, Finland, USA, etc.
