Lord ! Perhaps some of you will help to confirm or deny my assumptions regarding these " pads ". To call these works " art proficiency " <! - ~ 1 ~ -> probably too bold . It seems to me like kitsch in a decent house could be something utilitarian - most likely to Shpalerka fireplace screens. How these " products" can be valuable ?
