Import /export of paintings in the European zone.
 

Actually interested in the question about the necessity of declaring an artist of his work with import /export to European countries .

Specifically, now I'm interested in transportation of a certain amount of work in Israel to Lithuania and back. Since the transplant in Poland, all Customs offices shall be held in Warsaw.

There is likely a trip next year in England and France.
Does anyone prhodil these customs with their works , how it's done ?
