Viktor Pavlov was born in Odessa, October 15, 1947 .
He graduated from the painting department of the Odessa Art College . Grekov.
Belonged to a group of the sixties, beginning with the " residential " exhibitions.

Participated in many international exhibitions.
Two solo exhibitions in Odessa (gallery " Vernissage ", " Maritime Gallery" ).
