Pass (Pass) Israel Abramovich (Isidore A.) (1859 – ???).
Painter, graphic artist. A portrait, genre (historical genre), landscape painter, master of "Nude" (in the beginning of the century art Nouveau).
Born in Vilna. He studied in Vilna drawing school I. Trutnev, then at the Imperial Academy of arts (1878-1885). During the academic year, four times (1879, 1880) was awarded small silver medals. In 1881 he graduated from the course of science. In 1885 he received the title of class artist of 2 nd degree. Lived and worked in St. Petersburg. He painted genre content, landscapes, still lifes. Participated in academic, National, Autumn exhibitions, the all-Russia Industrial and Art exhibition 1896 in Nizhny-Novgorod and other Works were published in magazines "Niva", "Motherland", "the spark". In the Gatchina temple Chasseurs of the settlement participated in the decoration of the facade of the Church. In the 1920s – a member of the society of artists, individualists.
