Cartoons about the "CORRUPTION: A satirical AUDIT"
Chamber of Russian Federation State Scientific-
Research Institute for System Analysis of the Accounting Chamber
Russian Federation (SRI JV), Russian Academy of Arts
announce a contest cartoons on the theme "Corruption:
a satirical audit. "
The problem of corruption exist in the world. Corruption - a scourge
societies on every continent. And to fight this evil is not necessary
only through a national program to combat corruption and
public opinion, but also the language of art. That's because it was
decided to hold a contest cartoons on the subject.
After a competitive selection, to be held
competent jury, the authors of the best works will receive awards, prizes and
diplomas. In addition, the exhibition will be organized to be held in
Moscow during the First Eurasian anti-corruption
Forum (30 - May 31, 2012).

The jury will also include well-known cartoonist and specialists
in the field of combating corruption.
Conditions of Competition
- Bidder may be anyone who agrees with
conditions of the tender.
- The number of figures from the participants is not limited.
- Technique - any.
- Subject cartoons should match the name of the contest.
- The meaning of the cartoons should be clear to the audience, know Russian or
English language. The organizers are not responsible for
inaccurate translation.
- The size of images - no more than A3.
- In case of sending a digital copy via the Internet, JPEG 300
dots per inch, based on the maximum size of A4.
- It does not matter whether the work previously awarded, exhibited
or published.
- Submitted to the contest works are not reviewed and does not return.
- The organizers reserve the right to non-commercial use
submitted papers to the cultural and social projects
- Deadline for submission of papers until May 10, 2012.
The direction of the author of his works to the competition implies acceptance
author (s) with all the terms of the competition.

Every job sent to the contest must be accompanied by the following
information:
About the author: first name, middle name (in English and Russian
languages), year of birth and other additional information on request
the author.

Contest Results
As a result of the contest will be selected for an exhibition of work that
will be held in the building of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation during
First Eurasian Anti-Corruption Forum (30 - May 31, 2012).
There will also be selected "a dozen" best works, including
determine one first place, two second and three third places.
Authors of best papers will receive prizes and awards from the Chamber
Research Institute of the Russian Federation and the joint venture, a medal and a diploma of two Russian
Academy of Arts. People's Choice Award (selected from among
best work) by a vote on the Internet.
Each exhibitor will also receive an album directory.
