peals, but then the Pushkin Museum (or rather, Tsvetaeva ) opened only in 1912 , and then only as a gallery of casts .
Certainly such a place before any painting in 1917 from the Hermitage could not pass ...

Or rather to the 1924, where " the People's Commissariat for Education was adopted postanvlenie reorganization of the Museum of Fine Arts and the completion of its collections original works, and above all paintings. " ( Antonov )

transferred from the State Hermitage Museum. Number M-196.

Probably the transmission can tell requisite №. Such information was found: "In 1917, the Hermitage and Winter Palace was announced by state museums. After 3 years, 460 exhibits from the Hermitage were transferred to the Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow."
Here is an image of this picture is from the "History of Art" P.P.Gnedicha.1897 g.izdaniya. Tom vtoroy.Veroyatnee was then just a picture in the museum. Another mystery.

Another information: "In 1930, the Pushkin Museum were transferred from the Hermitage paintings by Botticelli, Cranach, Poussin and David." What are the part numbers on them?
Information from the Hermitage, "November 28, 1927 signed a definitive agreement under which Moscow transferred about 500 paintings, among them" The Turk "and" Portrait of an old woman, "Rembrandt," The Last Supper, "" Madonna, "" St. Francis " "Portrait of the Infante Ferdinand," Rubens, "Portrait of Vouvera" and "Portrait of a Anthony's three hundred," Van Dyck, "head boy" Khalsa, "The Rape of Europa" Lorrain, "Magnanimity of Scipio" by Poussin, "The Resurrection of Christ" Veronese and many others.
However, in the early 1930s. were carried out additional issue - about 70 great pictures. Thus were severed the famous "couples": "Diana" and "Minerva" (GMII) Veronese, "The Battle of the Israelites with the Amalekites," and "The Battle of Joshua with the Amorites" (GMII), Poussin and others, including the pair of portraits. Sorry - carelessly read the message. The Hermitage was the original - where it is now written, but a copy of anything as yet unknown.
If it is (a copy ) was before the revolution in the Hermitage , then maybe somewhere there is a mention of the film , and by whom it was written .

Why do not you address a letter and photographs of paintings in the Hermitage itself ? At the time of Nicholas I, there are many paintings were sold to private owners as allegedly "excessive" (according to the Emperor ). Then they were long, up to date redeemed back to the Hermitage collection , and not all go back.
