 Biography
Nizovtsev Victor was born in 1965 in Central Siberia, in the Ulan-Ude, near Lake Baikal. When Victor was a little boy, his family moved from Russia to the Republic of Moldova. Victor grew up in Kotovsk, a city located in the heart of the wine region of the country and 30 miles south-east of the capital of Moldova, Chisinau.
 In the nine years he entered art school Kotovsk, where he studied for four years. In the 9th grade, he left home to study at the College. Ilya Repin, in Kishinev.
He then studied at GHPA IM.V.MUHINOY in St. Petersburg. After graduating in 1993, Victor returned to Kotovsk, where he began painting professionally. In 1997 Victor moved to the United States, where he successfully continued his career. In 2004 Victor moved from Washington, DC, Maryland, where he lives with his wife and young daughter.

In a short time in the United States President has been very successful, participating in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Many collectors are happy to buy his paintings.
