Mysterious phenomenon)))

For several days every time I look at who is doing what on the forum (yes, from time to time I am curious), it turns out that for some totally implausible number of visitors viewing the plot of base /surface.
I would have understood if it were, say, "School of Paris" (beautiful), or there "Actionism" anything (bloody and impressive), but it is prosaic and say honestly, fairly boring direction.
Maybe someone can tell me what caused such a fuss? :)

This is because they themselves called - "Support /surface". Incidentally, I remember a very funny story about artists this direction, where they were stigmatized, even thought to translate, but then spat:)

"Basis /Surface" is not the leader, the first three:
1.Novaya Parisian school (really beautiful:))
2.Zhivopis new image
3.Novy realism, USA

Actionism not enjoy the same popularity (not impressive, the gore can be seen not enough:)) and the less popular only Happenings, Installations, Aesthetics communications, etc.
